How is this software designed for high traffic sites?
The biggest bottlekneck other than available bandwidth for ANY media sites is the database server. The number of queries per pageload with the competition is more than triple the average number of queries on this script. My solution to this is static file caching of ALL of the common queries per page. My goal is to have queries ONLY happening from user submissions and your typical stats updates where the query is a simple +1 to the number of views for that file. The current release falls a little short of this goal but it is VERY close.

The other guys websites look like they've been put together by a kindergartener while ES was designed and developed to be one of the most used and widely spread scripts on the market.  We will strive to meet every need, and want in an entertainment script!
